I would like to offer my experience of meeting Daniel of Delcon Design & Construct & then buying off plan and actually living in my home for the past two years!!

This was my fist experience of buying a property off plan, I am a single woman and was terrified beyond words. Daniel was wonderful, he walked me through the process numerous times, always willing to spend time explaining any doubts or questions big or small I may have had, he made it easy to have contact, and when not available always responded to voice messages or emails ASAP! Throughout the build he was very respectful and very easy to talk too!!

My home was built within a few weeks of suggested dates to finalise. I have a beautiful home, everyone who visits comments on the solid build and finishing. Daniel takes great pride in his work because of that he builds to a very high standard.

My home is well insulated, in winter I have my heating running on the lowest temperature and in summer on some of the hottest days I barely need the airconditioner on. With the rise in energy bills I am thrilled as it is a huge financial saving especially when living on a pension. I would gladly and proudly offer Daniel and his company to any friends or family that were looking for a builder!!! I am a very happy woman!

Having worked in the building industry over the past 17 years, our decision to choose a private builder for a custum build was not one taken lightly.

Being our first development, we were overly cautious on the builder we chose, having heard so many shocking stories about over-budget projects and dodgy workmanship. After several quotes and meetings with various builders, we decided to go with Daniel as he showed a great level of service even before we decided to go with him. He certainly wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but he took the time to go through every detail and possible outcomes (both good and bad) which really put us at ease. We would highly recommend Daniel and his team and would not hesitate doing another build with Delcon.

Choosing Delcon to build our 3 townhouse project was the best decision.
