Our clients were a young family in their early 30’s. With one of the couple being a building inspector, there was significant building experience, contacts in the industry, and a keen eye for correct building practices and quality. Impressed with the quality of the construction and finishes achieved by our team and trades on multiple sites, the client chose to enlist delcon to build their family home.
With the design by Draftwise Design & Drafting Group, delcon’s scope included complete construction of this custom family home in Melbourne. Exterior works were excluded from the contract and were undertaken by the owner.
