Client need: a quality Melbourne builder to design, construct and manage a profitable property development project.
This client was a busy corporate company director with a young family, and no prior development experience. A lack of experience and being time poor prompted the client to engage delcon design and construct with a complete turn-key service for this Melbourne property development.
Delcon implemented a turn-key solution that included design, town planning application & approval, construction, external works (driveways, pathways, landscaping, timber decks, clotheslines, etc). Subdivision was also included, and the property was subdivided into 3 individual allotments upon construction completion.
A multi-unit project with 3 townhouses / units is a significant project. Given it was his first development project, this client didn’t have the confidence to self manage the project alone. Additionally, being a business owner and father, the time investment required to get the project completed on-time wasn’t possible.
